[GBA/DS] The Ruined Temple

By Mortistar on January 23, 2022 6:19 pm

Hey Weeklybeats!

Once again following a production trend and I've planted myself comfortably in this old rpg aesthetic! This week I envisioned a lone lil' temple, crumbling and reclaimed by nature, on the peak of a small hill. Who knows what or who you'll find here!

Stay cool! big_smile

The GBA/DS soundfont is so beautiful. Really enjoying what you are doing so far!

This is absolutely beautiful. This could be a main theme in its own right.

This is really inspiring... I hope you publish these as an album after you're done!

Beautiful! I want to play this game! Definitely captured the JRPG ruined temple vibe!

Gorgeous. Just gorgeous. And totally immersive. heart
This is exactly the kind of sound that always captivated me growing up. Great work!

This is a dream! I know that this genre predates Seapunk but I can't help to get this same uplifting blissful nostalgic feeling as I got when I first discovered seapunk. Do you compose this directly on a NintendoDS ?

Damn I want to live in a video game.

BIG moonlighter vibes from this one

I'm also curious how you made this, i'd die to get my hands on these kinds of sounds. this piece is so calming, but like a rest floor in the final dungeon or something

beautiful

Quite lovely sounds and Melodie’s. Nice work.

Love the ambience on this one mate! Very Terraria/Rimworld!! Really like the harp progression too, loving this series of tunes!

So chill and ambient. I love how you've captured the vibe of my childhood in a new and interesting way. smile
